For over a decade the Fierce team has partnered with the iComm team. We are grateful for their ongoing support and expertise as we work through web projects and digital challenges together.

We've been with iComm since 2018, and they've handled the back end of our sites that whole time. Between the corporate site and our four shows that's a lot of WordPress to keep upright. The two longest-running show sites - twoguysgarage.com and truckutv.com - are up 21% in sessions year over year, with users up 23% in the same window. That growth happens in the background while iComm keeps the infrastructure solid. In fall 2025 they caught a plugin with a security issue and pulled it off one of the sites before any of us saw the notice. That's how it usually goes. They flag the issue and handle it before it becomes a problem. Our quarterly call is the one time we actually sit down and talk through what's happening. The rest of the time they just keep things running.

I started bringing iComm in on client builds in 2014. Twelve years and several agencies later, they're still the team I call when a project lands on my plate. The work doesn't slip.

We needed a website that worked on phones. 90% of our traffic is mobile, and the old site wasn't built for that. The new one is, and the leads coming in now are the right kind.
